That turned out great!View attachment 23533I did clearance the pinch welds about 1/2" where the legs intersect I don't recall how many spot welds this took out but it was minimal and I tacked the edges, primed and painted the heck out of it and a couple coats of plasti-dip. I expect ill have to come back and add a bushing on the edge that contacts the slider legs. Not ideal but clearance was priority. I also don't wheel nearly as hard as you do and these are more precautionary. I'll be able to stand on to access the roof along the whole edge and
I pity the fool who dings their door into me now.
Maybe you can use that black plastic door trim on the pinch weld to keep the sliders from rubbing the paint off the pinch welds
