Yea 17" wheels are the best imo because of the wide tire options in 35s which imo is the best for h3 I have 17" x8.5 (narrow wheel with a 35x12.5 tire = cheap mans beadlock) wheel 6x5.5 with a -18 offset and I think it's perfect. It sets them out far enough that I don't need spacers at all and gives it a really nice/aggressive stance ImageUploadedByTapatalk1428310731.575386.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1428311250.363614.jpg

for those rims I posted up, if I wanted the tires to peek out a bit from the fenders should I get spacers, I only want it to be out be about an inch or so

Edit: I would have 35x12.50 17 Nitto Mud Grapplers on along with it (not sure if that makes a difference)

I'd only go with those if you going muddling all the time, they are hard to get balanced out, have a short life and you'll sound like a biplane coming down the road

Is it a bad ride? I've only heard good things about them including the ride quality. Also read that some were getting around 50k with them on there jeeps. Most the stuff around here is mud so it's either that or trail grapplers which aren't that great in the mud tbh, I think I'll be making the switch on the 2 soon as well because those tires just aren't aggressive enough for what I get into

P.S. IMO the trail grapplers aren't loud enough haha

Nah they ride fine but you can feel bumping of the tread when moving really slow and idk I have a buddy that got 30k from his so it really depends on if you take car of them rotating and making sure tire pressure is on point
