Rear quick disconnects

if you're running stock rear suspension & no shackles, you shouldn't even need to unclip the abs lines... just unhook the swaybar, that's it.

With shackles & longer shocks, you have to unclip the abs line in the rear fender... pretty easy.


For front, nothing. If you disconnect front, make a point of trying the rear both ways, for me it was much better after I reconnected the rear. (how worn torsions & leafs are in each truck is I'm sure a significant factor, one truck could have much more sagged leafs, making that dynamic different from vehicle to vehicle.

I got mine installed and they seem to work fine without mods.

When I get mine I look and see if they would work in the front.

It drives better on the highway with the anti-sway bar connected. Saturday I'll disconnect one side and take it off road. I don't expect any problems since I've driven off and on road with a broken linkage without any trouble. The main question is how hard will it be to reconnect.

Are those roughly the same length as the stock ones? And what do you do with the sway bar when you disconnect the links? And also, any verdicts on what we can use for the fronts???

When we adjusted them to the length of the stock linkage there is about 1 thread showing. I'm planning to disconnect one side an let the other side hold the bar in place. Nothing for the front yet.

So between rushing to install my rock rings and airing down, I forgot to disconnect the antisway bar. I can report that the didn't break on Gold Mountain.
