God so many good looking rancho rigs:horns: we should start a group. something we can ask questions about pros, cons, limitations, triumphs, and parts we had problems with. Maybe something for all lifted rigs.

Kind of pist off...I have seen rancho springs sag but not like this! Took off the aftermarket hitch and went wheeling. The ride was smooth on the way over there and the springs were fine, after wheeling we stop in a parking lot and I notice the rear is stock height. Check the shackles and HOLY ****!

So now its time for a soultion...

Options are
1.Helper springs
2.Air bags like the red 3T on here
3.Shackles (personally I feel it would only be temporary)
4.Spring over (expensive if a shop does it and very in depth if I do it.)

Any other ideas?
Maybe the suspension whizzes have some solutions that I havent thought of that can keep ride quality the same or better and flex better...

You could get after market leaf springs that are the rancho size/curvature, but that might be pricy.

I asked this once before when someone posted about that, are those the same length as the stock ones?

I would consider having new leaf spring packs made. Shackles are not going to solve any of the problems other then correct the height. I think CJ Wilson (Thorparts/4speedfunk) had new leaf spring packs made for his, so you might want to send him a message. You know when and if I go the Rancho route, it will be option number.

Hi Chris:

Make sure that you address this with Rancho. If they have a weight limitation that low on the spring pack, they should publish it before you buy. I would ask for your money back on the leaf spring portion and then go shopping. They should know that we are all watching how this turns out. Can you say, "future sales"? After all, they do have a competitor in this market.

I think ive seen this before. I think the problem was the guys axle was not in the wright spot. Check your measurements just in case. I hope it's somthing simple like that. Good luck.

I will call to find a weight limit...Josh: Ahana had that problem right? I was almost sure it was centered...the holes on the perch were lined up with the holes on the spring...maybe I will have to go back and check it out.

If you don't go with airbags, combine leafs from the stock packs and the Rancho packs to get the right height . Or rearch the stock packs.
