Listen for the pump when you turn the key on. If no pump...check the f.p. relay. You can bypass the relay with a paper clip, to get home.

Also...kick the bottom of the tank with your foot...this can sometimes shock the pump into running.

I think the relay would be in the fuse box (under the hood). Yes...pump is in the tank.

It won't turn over if passlock is the problem. It will click but that's it. It's either a fuel or spark problem if it's turning over but not starting.

As you know i have tech2. Tech2 does not show any errors.. so i think if it is passlock issue then tech2 must show some errors in theft module ? If no errors this mean that some mechanics error that tech2 cant see...

There is a grey wire that comes off the fuel pump control module, with this key turned on check for power coming to the Fuel Pump Control Module (red wire) and power coming out (grey wire)

If no power to the grey wire you can run a switched wire and tap into the grey wire to get you home/to a mechanic

My pass lock has prevented mine from starting three times in two years. Each time it turns over but does not start. Go through relearn and it is good for another six months.

is your padlock on dash flashing or solid?

Weird. By now you should've track down some sort of gremlin.
Is it possible that your not getting spark? Did you do a test visually to prove spark?
Is your crank shaft, cam shaft position sensor possibly boogers?

More problems come.. now i have traction control error, abs error. Passlock light on. I can not move gear selector on car and cant move car... and all this time car was on one place not moved even 1 meter... i have checked power on fuel pump harness while starter cranking .. it is ok 11 volts.. but fuel pump dont work.. i connect a bulb to this connector to A and D contacts.. no light... now my starter doesnt work.. passlock appear on panel.. WTF ? What going on ? I did not move car all day.. maybe battery going dead, but it works fine with winch installed on my car... maybe i have no ground contact somewhere ?

before you disassemble the whole truck try the easy things first. Make sure battery is charged and good battery connections. Here's the security relearn instructions.

Step 1 – Attempt to start the vehicle. It will crank, but not run. The security light will be flashing on and off. Leave the key in the ‘run’ position for exactly 10 minutes, then the security light will stay solid or go off.
Step 2 – Turn the key to the ‘off’ position for 10 seconds. Attempt to start the vehicle. Some vehicles will run at this point, although many will require you repeat repeat Step 1 two more times. Make sure turn the key to the ‘off’ position for 10 seconds before each 10 minute cycle.
Step 3 – The vehicle is now ready to relearn the proper code. Turn the key ‘off’ for 10 seconds and then ‘crank’ the vehicle. It should be running now. The security light might stay on solid for several minutes afterwards, depending on your system.

When you start having all kinds of oddball errors it's usually bcm related. I keep a spare in the back just for stuff like this.

Yeah...multiple lights going on & off points to a voltage/ground issue. The H3 is HYPER-SENSATIVE to electrical problems.

If you have messed with your fuse box....double & triple check it for bad connections (on the bottom side). This seems to be a common place for resistance.
