To get things back on topic . . .

What are the plans for the vent holes? I was noticing how water splashes up the back door on mine and feel just holes in the bottom might be problematic.

Why would you need to ask if I'd be joking? "Pray for War"?? Are you kidding me? Anyone praying to put young men and women in harms way merely to boost his personal financial gain is disturbing to say the least. That'd be like a doctor driving around with a "Pray for Assault, Rape, and Auto Accidents" sticker on his rig, just hoping for some business. Seriously?

Thank you for you view and I will be buying this sticker today for others like yourself.

I'm pretty sure everyone in the military joined on their own accord. Am I wrong? I joined to deploy overseas, first as an infantryman and now as a bomb tech. I'm sorry that Is offensive but I volunteered to deploy last week, unfortunately it was cancelled.

Please don't put words in my mouth or attempt to misrepresent my statement. I am extremely grateful for the service that you and others have volunteered to do so that I may retain my right to free speech among many others. Perhaps I don't understand the desire to actually wage war as it may fulfill your role as a serviceman?? I may have misunderstood your statement of you wanting war to make money. i wrongly assumed you were in the private sector.

I would hope you could understand how your mantra could be offensive or hurtful to friends and families of those who have lost loved ones in the same wars you have prayed for. Maybe not.

In any case, I greatly respect the sacrifices that you and others have made. Sorry to derail your thread. Back to the mod.

I thought about cutting some in the bottom and agree , maybe on the sides?

I also considered buying some sort of vent and cutting a hole to mount it on there. I know they have little ones at autozone here

I agree with Zach.. there's a side to this that really needs to be discussed... WTF happened to the lasagna????? This is serious stuff, and not getting any lasagna is pretty hurtful to me.

I love when a simple thing turns out looking that good. I'd never run without a spare, but I'm in the place where sharp SH**Y nasty rocks go to retire apparently, as all our trails are full of them!

I've seen this done on a H3 that was wrap in camo and always thought this was a sweet idea. Do you have any photo on how the CB cable is running into the cab?

Thanks. Didn't take many pictures but the cables just go in through the rear door vent hole, through the conduit at the rear door hinge, then I run them behind the subwoofer plastic panel and come out in front of the rear seats. That's where I go under the carpet and run the wires under the center console to the dash. I did that because my wires were too short, otherwise you can just go all the way up the driver side behind/under plastic trim to the dash

It looks messy right now but I have conduit that the wires all go in to keep them appearing like no rats live in them

Wow, and to think I didn't have an opinion of the sticker until it became a big deal. I agreed with about 85% of what ABNTROOP except for the last two sentances. Whatever, we were soldiers once and young.

Now I'm definitely doing the mod and finding a sticker of my own to go on the pan.
