Holllywood, it is looking like that now??? Hmm. Perhaps try another browser as a test or empty your cache. Anyone else having an issue like Hollywood?

Yeah, this is on my Toughbook. It's IE but I haven't the slightest clue which version. On the iPad, it works perfectly with the banner setting atop the links.

It is presenting perfectly fine for me, well the Banner is a bit short of full width.

Looks like it has something to do with how the browser on 'wood's laptop is rendering the page.

FWIW, I am running Firefox 3.6.18 on my laptop. The screen is 15" diagonal wide aspect ratio screen set to 1280x800 resolution. OS is Fedora 14 (uname -a reports: Linux valiant 2.6.35.13-92.fc14.x86_64 #1 SMP Sat May 21 17:26:25 UTC 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux). Here's a screenshot:

I'm running Firefox 6.0.1 on Windows 7 with a resolution of 1366x768. I attached a screenshot showing how it renders on this setup - see how the layout of the forum extends 100% (further than the banner) and for some reason there is a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the page? CHO was the same way - doesn't matter how large the window is, that horizontal scroll bar remains.

Running IE9, Windows 7-64, resolution 1600x900 on a 17 inch laptop. I have NO banner and not sure why. Probably some setting in IE9, but I have banners at all other websites I visit and some are running the latest update to 4.14.

Looks good on mine. I'm running Google Chrome on a 24 inch monitor and set to old man magnification of 144%. It fills the screen and the pictures are awesome at that size and I can read the fine print!
Sounds like some people need to clear their browser cache. It's holding some version in loaded incorrectly or during a change as Alrock burn the midnight oil!

Works fine on my home computer (IE8) and work computer (Google Chrome). I have yet to check on my iPad. Only issue I can see (and its small), is that the banner is not the full width of the screen like SlickRick said.

to everyone having really strange display issues or not seeing the updated banner at all try pressing CTRL+F5 - it should force the browser (most browsers) to clear the cache and reload the page entirely from the server.

I'm not a fan of the orange or solar flare. I know there was an issue with the green.

How about a dark red or burgundy?

Feel free to stick my truck in there on the right side to take up the extra space if you want to. :hang:

Other than not having my truck on there... the banner looks real sharp.

Anyone else running IE9? And please, no mention of running another browser. I've tried them all and except for this problem, on this site, I have had no problems with IE9 and it runs a program I want that will not run on any other browser.

Sorry, Windoze is forbidden in my house. Only Linux and Solaris so browser choice is pretty much limited to Firefox, even on my Droid.

However . . . I have found many sites look at the user agent string that is presented by the browser and change the experience based on the browser you are running. Might want to try installing a plugin to change the string to different types and see if that fixes your issues. I regularly set mine to an IE string to access my bank with Firefox.

those with legacy issues I'm guessing it is a cache issue.

As for width, I've got the browser open on a standard 19" 4:3 monitor with no left/right scrolling issues. But I will be shrinking the banner a bit tonight nonetheless.

Just checked on my Windows 7 desktop (1920x1080) and my OS X Lion MacBook Pro (1280x800) and the same horizontal scroll bar exists on all machines / resolutions.

I'm running Firefox 6.0.1 on all machines. Exists in Safari too.

I'm using 1600x900 on my main display and 1280x1024 on the second monitor. I have a horizontal scroll bar on both when I do a fit to screen.

I even get the scroll bar if I stretch it across both screens.
