You could possibly adapt some other lift kit on the market or spindles but that would take some mad fabrication skills.
Could always go with some portal aftermarket units... ha ha ha

They could be fabbed if you had some Rancho knuckles to copy. Basically mimic all the dimensions of the casting...except it would be milled, drilled, and welded. I’ve seen some fabbed knuckles on 2wd trophy trucks.

Of course they would be super expensive, and probably not cost effective to produce. But you could do one set for yourself.

Actually have a fabricator that owes me some favors for saving him a couple of deductibles. Ha

Are you planning on keeping 4WD? The CV shafts are already maxed out with 2" lift! With a rancho the diff was dropped to fix that (at the expense of the front drive shaft thou)

But if you could find a rancho lift spindle online (they used to sell the full kit in seperate parts but at higher prices) then you got what you want.

Actually my front drive shaft has been out for a while because of that awesome velocity joint. Lol
Stupid question.... Can you just remove the cv joints?

You can buy a cv joint and rebuild that front drive shaft from rockauto.com
As for removing the half shafts, yes its possible but this way you are committing to No 4WD. Might as well remove the front diff too!

I am trying to see if rancho will build a batch of lift kits for our H3. I dont know if they would be interested though. Still awaiting their reply if they may change their minds if a number of orders is reached!

Last I talked to Rancho they had zero interest in an additional run of kits. From their perspective, it is a very narrow market on an aging and rather unpopular vehicle and their build cycles are in the hundreds of thousands of dollars at a time, they basically don't have time to bother with the logistics for 10 or 15 lift kits when they can sell five thousand new Silverado kits instead.

If I had thought about it earlier I would have skipped the lift and went sas instead.

You're probably right, but cost wise an SAS is expensive and not everyone needs it.
I personally want to run 37s with aftermarket wheels, with a 1" body lift it wont work the wheels stick out so much it will destory the fenders. Aftermarket fenders would solve this but they don't exist.
