I'm not mad at what happened. Stuff happens and Learn from it. Maybe today I'll put it together since it's been upside down for a bit and it will start right up!

Go get some stuff called "No-Ox". It comes in a small tooth-paste like tube, and you can find it in the electrical aisle of most hardware stores. Its basically a corrosion inhibitor and you can brush a small amount on the spades of the plugs, before you plug the harness back on (don't go crazy with it...use it sparingly). It will dissolve the outer layer of oxidation that forms on bare copper, and return the full conductive properties to the spade. No-ox is one of those miracle products (like PB blaster, or Seafoam) and I've used it for many years on electrical connections.

Many H3 owners complain about weird electronic issues. I suspect that many of these gremlins may be due to this microscopic oxidation that forms on connectors and circuit boards. For $6.99...its worth a try.

so when it all happened i pulled apart all the connectors and pulled the bcd on sat morning and sprayed the crap out of everything with connector cleaner to clean up everything. i let the bcd dry in the house until today and took all the carpet and seats out and dried out all the connectors. today i put everything back together and it started right up!! no errors and everything functioned as designed. hopefully all is well. it was only in the water around ten minutes. i still have the other bcm on its way here. if i have problems later i can get this one programmed or i'll just resale the one i ordered if i don't need it.
