I came across a most unusual Hummer H2 and thought I'd share a few photos.
This H2 has been modified to be a rolling starting gate for harness racing at Northville Downs horse track in Northville, Michigan. The starting gate unfolds from the H2 as the horses line up side by side. I believe the speed is about 30mph as they roll across the starting line. At the starting line, the H2 begins to accelerate and folds the gates forward as it and moves the side of the track, letting the horses by. You can also see the part on top which allows viewing rearward from the H2. I'm not certain if they are sitting or standing in there.
