Great thread!

Picking a favorite, cheap mod is too hard for me because I like them all! So, here are mine: set of 4 H3T steelies (from Lil Dave), pair of H2 Mickey Mouse lights (Brodie), set of roof-mounted off-road lights (Auggie Mathis), my Hi-lift jack mounts/bolts in the bed rails (Ace Hardware), bed mounted OEM storage boxes (Green1) & black OEM roof rails (Paladine71) - all were such good deals and I met some great forum members/friends as a result of my search for these items - even the guy at Ace Hardware!

Cutting off the white plastic sleeve under the seat Drivers and Passengers front seat allowing them to fully recline! Cost = 10 minutes

Best, cheapest? Removing the Airaid filter and going back to stock. No more oiling, no more open box, no more excess dirt in the intake. After that: screws in the bottom of the rear license plate to minimize it flipping up when dragging over rocks. KC driving lights - got great deals on them. Extra plates welded onto the UCP for t-case protection (free).
