Window Screens

Might not be the coolest mod but our company just built prototype window screens. They are spring loaded and pop into window track. Up here in the north east the bugs can get pretty bad when wheeling or sleeping in the back of our h3 when camping out. Only built the rear for now but are going to build fronts soon.

Ha, we figured you guys would laugh at them. We are working on locating a tailor and getting pricing together but yes we are looking to go into production. We thought about making them stay in the window opening while allowing the window to still function but feel it would be way more work and money than it was worth.

Great for camping. I have slept in my H1 many times. They have screens in the rear windows on the wagons but this could get you much more air through the truck.

I put pillows in the bed and open the slantback up. ...After setting-up my mosquito netting, that is.

...Now back to your regularly scheduled programming!

I used to just get rolls of netting and shoe-goo Velcro to the edges. Then add adhesive Velcro on the edge of the windows frame. We used this for when we were in the jungles to avoid bird sized Mosquitos. There they didn't bite you, they knocked you over.
