Weird noise after oil change????

Ok, so I took the 3 out yesterday. Needed to renew registration on it. Just ran out. Ran fine all morning till I stopped at the local GM oil change place. I have had my vehicles done there when too busy to do it myself. You actually sit in a glass box and watch them do it. They don't lift the vehicle, they have a pit. The vehicle is literally 5 ft away from you. Took about 20 minutes.
I noticed about a mile down the road that I have a strange sound coming out from the engine bay area. I'm not sure if I can even describe it. It's speed related. Starts around 10mph. Kind of sounds like a piece of tin flapping around. Or like a bolt bouncing around under the hood. Accelerating doesn't do anything, the noise stays constant. They didn't remove my skid plate, because I have the cage underneath, and they can reach the oil filter (V8). I noticed it slightly backing up.

Anyone ever have an issue like this? Any ideas??? I've been looking all over and can't figure it out.

I would still check the UCP and skid plates to see if they didn't loosen a bolt before realizing they could do the oil change without removing them.

that is what I was thinking.....see what I find out later today!
I tell them not to touch the UCP or skids everytime.....and I watch them like a hawk.

I'd probably be inclined to return to the business and explain the issue to the guy that wrenched on it as he may recall if he did anything out of the norm.

My hubby and I finally found that there is a heat shield that protects the u joint on the drive shaft. Somehow that got bent. Not sure what the oil change guy was doing in that area!
