So today turned out to be somewhat of a bust. First off I'd like to thank Dan(aka reaper) for ALL the help he's provided w/ this "ex possible" purchase. As the ad stated it was SUPPOSED to be a BW 4494 T/C for sale. Dan had contacted the seller earlier in the week to obtain all the "specs" if you will since he has quite the expertise in the T/C arena. After finally freeing up some time w/ my work schedule and regretfully leaving my 5 day old daughter w/ my wife, I left to check out the T/C. My first clue should have been when I pulled up to the "shop" which looked like a hollowed out house frame w/ tools in it lol. Turns out that the T/C was a BW 4493 model... After many a phone call to Dan who was gracious enough to answer on his movie marathon day 
, he confirmed w/ multiple sources that the case was indeed the 2:1 not the promising 4:1. I did manage to haggle the seller down to $200 from $250 so if anyone is in the market for a spare or parts harvest I can go try and get him lower as time passes and he decides cash is key Again thanks for the help Dan, I'm sure we'll be in contact again as I start my search over w/ local salvage yards.
