Has anyone installed an electric trailer brake box. Any suggestions on a good one preferably plug and play?

I'm seeing these three wires labeled brake aux and ground. Am I missing a 4th wire?

I had a Tekonsha Prodigy P3 and it worked great. But any good proportional controller should work as well.
Dark blue to rear plug, light blue to brake switch, Red auxiliary power and black.

I just installed the red arc tow pro elite. It was an easy install, there were 4 wires to the controller I believe. I'm traveling now but I'll check tonight to make sure. I towed with it from Indiana to DC and it just worked without any fuss. The interface is a push button dial and the controller itself can be hidden under the dash. It seems to bite a little harder than I'd like at slow speeds but I probably just need to turn it down a little more. I'm happy with it so far.

I use a P3 as well. Works great.
