Sunroof drain full of dirt

sunroof recall was for drain blockages.
water was hitting the BCM ? located in front passenger -side footwell and underfloor. This was a formal recall.
remedial was to fix? drains and remove/ clean carpet, or replace carpet.
( Stealership unblocked drains ( no more blockages, so whatever they did, it worked.
Didn't do carpets, we know, wife booby- trapped, and they never lifted carpet !
