Seat Brackets

Does anyone know if there are any seat brackets out there for aftermarket seats for our trucks or if the Colorado seat brackets will fit in our trucks?

Check on the 355 forum. I know they are constantly installing H3 seats in their Colorados. What it entails, I'm not actually sure, but they will be able to answer all your questions.

I tried to install a pair of really nice leather buckets from a late-model GTO....but, it appeared like it was going to be a project, so I bailed on the idea. I think the side-curtain triggers are built into the stock seats rails...so you might want to try and adapt the new seat "shell" to fit your stock rails. You can unbolt H3 seats (along with the rails) in about five minutes. Flip one over and you'll see the dohinky I'm talking about. I ended up bolting my stock seats back in place but, it did give me an opportunity to clean-up some missing coins and french fries that were hiding next to the console.

If you do trade them out I'll buy your OEM, I think you had that black and white leather right?

I searched everywhere when I got my H3 in 07 and couldn't find anything that fit. Check with Pro Am in Huston. They were willing to figure out for me if something else would work or custom build one but they needed my truck to do it.
