You will find them in the electrical aisle where the conduit, wiring and junction boxes are found at Lowe's. They are made by Thomas & Betts and come in male and female spring nuts. Here are the female spring nuts that I use in the T's bed rail system.

Those may work, just aren't the same as what I have.

Heres a crappy video of how well they fit. I got hung up at the end on the bolt but thats because I was trying to watch the camera. They really do slide pretty easily.. the inside lip of the H3 has little notches to keep the roof rack stuff from sliding, but they almost fit perfectly IMO.

Awesome! Well where in Lowes did you get them? What is their intended purpose? I have been to a few stores attempting to locate them. However, I have not had any luck.

I didn't get mine through Lowes. I got mine through Cruiser Outfitters, (out of Utah.) They are the mounting brackets that come with an ARB rooftop tent. They slide into the slide brackets on the bottom of the tent. They just so-happened to fit the roof rack track so well that I bought 8 more for my roof rack build.

If you call them, talk to Kurt and ask for "the ARB rooftop tents' mounting track slide pieces that Chocflip201 got for the roof rack of his Hummer H3" and he'll know what you're talking about ha. But if you don't want to do that, I'll look at my receipt tonight and get a part number ha. I cleaned out his supply, he would likely have to order them in. But they were .50¢ each

Part # is ARBOS3035.

Should be able to get them through any ARB dealer.

edit* Cruiser Outfitters says he has a ton in stock.
