p305 code, firing order

so does the 305 misfire mean the last 5th cylinder , closest to the firewall, or does that mean the 5th cylinder in the firing order, which is 1-3-5-4-2, so cylinder #2, from front ? thanks i have a 2006 h3 , 3.5 engine

I would think that it's the last cylinder (#5), regardless of firing order.
