Still have my 97 Wrangler and my near mint 98 Cherokee. So yes I am a Jeep guy too. Love my Jeeps. Wanted something new. Test drove a few different H3's and a 4 door JK. This 08 Adventure won out. Got a 3 year 38,500 mile warranty with it. Covers a lot more than drive train. AC, Brakes, Suspension, Electronics etc....

Put 100 miles on it. Mostly country roads.. Some highway. Love it. Has a few bugs, a loose heat shield for one. I'll get that. Not planning on burying it in mud just yet. It's still new to me. Been a while since I had something this nice. And I know. The Nerf Bars....

Nothing special. 97 TJ. 2.5 lo output. Lol. Put Rubicon springs on it. Lifts a 4cyl about 1.5". 31/10.50. 5 speed. And just fun to whomp on. The Cherokee is bone stock. And super clean. The wife uses that now. She let me trade in her Equinox for this. She's had a new car every 3 years since 1998. Yes. Let me. That's why we been married 20 years. Lol.

Thanks for the Welcome. Been lurking for a week while I was pondering the purchase. Reading on complaints and other possible issues. Seems about the same on the Jeep forums. Still get a twinge when a JK drives by and I think "Should I have gotten a ...?" Never had a newer JK 4 door. But after driving them both this is nicer. And the JK I would have had to lift right away, new tires and rims. New stereo, new bumpers etc.... So I know I did the right thing. lol. As I search the internet for things for the H3. lol It truly is a sickness.. Jeep or Hummer. Just a different name same sickness.

Good luck getting it back now. My wife drove my H3 and I never got it back. That's when and why I bought the T! [emoji12]
