Was borrowing your forum for my upcoming 50k maintenance and decided to register, seems a bit more active than another forum I read some times. I have a 2008 base model H3 and a 2011 Rubicon. I live in the desert and offroad frequently. I actually found this place from some nice youtube videos.

Welcome! Great to have another Southwest member of the forum. Great looking rigs!

Maybe you can join us for either the October '12 or April '13 Black Sheep Hummer Squadron (BSHS) weeks in Moab & do some wheeling with with either or both of your rigs with some of the best folks around!

Unfortunately I am a small business owner and it's hard to shut down and have fun. I would love to get outside of NM day trips, but duty calls.

Welcome to H4O, Very nice looking rigs. Any plans on modding them?

Jeep has been getting whatever comes along at a good price, lol. Free MOPAR bumpers from a guy I sold some new Warn ones, the wheels were $400 on Craigslist with 37's on them, sold the 37's for $300. The Soft top was $200 in the next town over when I was staying the weekend somewhere. Lift was new $200 on CL, etc. etc. I am patient, and stuff eventually comes around.

The Hummer I put 33's on, it's the kid hauler so it needs to stay reliable. I've owned 30 something vehicles, this is my first GM, I am constantly worried about it, not sure why, just do, seems to have a whole lot of electrical business going on with it that I don't want to deal with going wrong. It's about the hit 50k so I am going to swap all of the fluids, raise the front and my wife wanted me to paint the wheels. I had a set of 18" 35's and we could not find a wheel that she liked for the life of us, so I got some brand new 33's on the stock wheels and she wants me to paint them. I would like to put the rear locker in it, after having a Frontier with a rear locker, Xterra with a rear locker, and the Rubicon, the H3 seems like it would benefit.

Welcome to the forum.

I gotta know... Why all of the slashes in the username? Are you simply "The Man", or is there more to it? Curious minds must know.

I'd like to see an M3 on that dirt road. :)

At first I thought your username was Dodge/Mopar but now realize they use two //
