Twin, I'm going to take a page out of Obummer's playbook and assess a Bigunit "tax" on that bumper - but for Reaper's and JGGB's work AND my forum policies to "grow the H4O economy", you wouldn't have that bumper today AND we all know that you didn't build it, so, what the hell, I might as well tax it even though I really had nothing to do with you getting it. I think it's only fair that I get something for nothing. Therefore, please send me a bottle of Crown Royal and we'll consider your debt to the forum paid in full! :) :giggle:

Actually he owes double tax!! There I was all ready w/ my darkest sun glasses on so I would'nt be chrome blind & what is he waiting in............

I was tempted to keep driving & drop it off at Big's house

Fortunately for me, I don't fall in Romney's definition of middle class at $225K a year, so that whole tax thing doesn't apply to this purchase.

Uh, yeah, I only realized as I was heading out to meet JGBB that I was quite ill prepared for that particular trip----from being in the van (in it's defense though, it does have a much better stereo than the deuce) to not really having any room for the bumper (loaded with a bunch of crap, I looked like a homeless middle income refugee from Obama's reign) to not having the moving blankets to cushion the bumper and protect the interior plus not bringing any tie-down straps (I hate hauling anything that's not tied down---imagine an unsecured solid steel H2 bumper in a rollover :whaa:).


And to set JGBB right, he DID keep driving when he saw me in the mini-van, I was honking, waving and flashing the headlights. I think he was thinking he was getting hit on by a hot soccer mom--and given that, I think he's afraid of women! :gaah:
