Got the CTIS issues fixed, for the most part. Need to get into the dash to work on the main selector valve after Moab but so far everything seems ok. Noticed a ball joint that could stand to be changed but ran out of time. I think it is fine but am bringing spares in case I need to change it or have some time to kill. Still have to pack the H1, pack clothes, get the trailer bearings greased and I am picking up an extra spare tire. Have a spare lift pump I have to pick up at FedEx since I just put my last spare on the 98. Also have some half shaft repair kits coming as I have a shelf starting to fill up with half shafts that need to be rebuilt. Between living in the country and having multiple Hummers my to do list is never caught up.

So far, the running tally on mine to get ready is:

3 new half shafts
1 new carrier bearing
Alignment
Oil change
1 new crank case seal
Adjusted heat shield
Replaced CTIS light bulb
New headlights
Tightened T-case cooling lines
New windshield wipers
Recharged AC
Fluid change in front diff, rear diff and T-case

At this point I'm covering my ears and eyes and NOT noticing anything else, LOL. Truck better make it to Moab before anything else happens.

I'll probably bring a new set of turn signals and rear LED lights as a side project in case I get bored

Winch can wait too, happy to help on any project.

Jager's no more :sigh: But Parker will happily pee on your tent.

Oh no, what happened to Jager? He was my buddy. Kept the skunks away.

Bodiedog is staying home on this trip. His body can't handle getting knocked around in the truck all day. :(

I think it was a car :(

Daisy is staying home, too. Rattling around in a loud hot Hummer isn't good for her

Jimmy has a pup that looks a lot like Yeager his name is Scrappy. Yeager chased a deer from jimmy's shop across the highway and got hit, it was instant from what Lane and Jimmy said so he didn't suffer. i had a skunk on the back deck eating cat food the other day, i'll feed him at your tent

Aww that sucks :( I hate hearing stories like that, I once saw an innocent pup get hit and I was sick to my stomach...

On a lighter note timmah it will be great to see you!

I took the pegs off os it so he can use it like a powered strider, and he rode it last night for the first time, I'm thinking he should be ready for Hell's by Sat.
Might take him a couple tries to get Escalator, but he'll be fine.

Stoked to see everyone... and was surprised to hear Tim's ACTUALLY coming! ;)
