Just got back from Western Washington. Along the way I figured out one of the injectors I had replaced just before leaving California is leaking. :gaah: Something about declaring intentions to hit Moab causes things to break.

We are switching computer systems right before this trip. We had a managers meeting today, I can't take the time off now. If it's not one thing it's another. Oh well, at least work is going great, unlike the last few years. Might need some help from someone in So Cal getting a tcase out there.

I have a convoy of 3 Jeeps coming. Two JK Unlimited Rubicons on 37s and a LJ on 33s (unless his new axles come in next week). Mine just got 5.13 gears installed this week and is otherwise dialed in. Looking forward to another great Moab trip!!

I'll order my shirts soon. I'm hoping to make it out there with a v8...I was 100 percent in before my motor blew up. now I'm only 100 percent in if my rig is done. Good reliability test...drive 750 miles one way lol

What's funny is I said on the Premoab to do list I had nothing major unless something happens at KOH and here I am swapping out a ****in engine...

40 days to get it running...

So far I have the motor trans t case out. Trans is being built and will be done Wednesday/Thursday

T case is fine so it just needs to go back in.

Motor can go in probably early next week. Gotta swap the oil pan and pick up tube swap motor mounts.

Then I gotta make an entire exhaust, wait for the wiring harness to be done and hope the exhaust clears my upper link for my Solid axle swap.

And I'm trying to help my brother get his jk ready which is maintenance, long arm, and some other crap but hey it's all worth it for moab!

I hope I can make it. Squeaky will be much different from years past with the SAS and v8

Then I gotta make an entire exhaust, wait for the wiring harness to be done and hope the exhaust clears my upper link for my Solid axle swap.

I went from a 75% to a 50% chance the truck should be ready overall however the VA has been lacking my school payments and in running low on funds....hopefully they fix their scheiße soon by the need of the month

I decided not to do a CB. Instead, I'm going to mount a loud speaker on the roof that will be hooked to an amp. I think it should work nicely. :mock:
