Was going down the highway this morning and noticed both my side mirrors were bouncing around some, more than normal. Haven't driven it in a week, so idk when or what could have happened to them. My question is, is there a screw or bolt that keeps them connected? its the swing arm part not the mount shaking around.

No adjustments. The mirror is held in place by tabs and it is not uncommon for them to break under normal use. Wheeling and car washes also cause them to break

If it is just the top part and the mirror is solidly attached to the door, if it is shaky when driving--- try a cheap fix first. turn the mirror in and notice an indent or knotch. put something there to add a little padding. I use rubber pads that you place on the bottom of furniture legs. It works ok and is easy to replace
