Alright guys, wasn't sure where to post but needed an opinion or two. Found a 2007 H3, close to home. Has everything I want except the XM radio (which I planned on changing out anyway). Only question is, are 133,000 miles too much? I'm not even really sure how many miles most people have on theirs to begin with. Let alone possible problems that may come with higher mileage. THey only want 12,900 for it, and I am certainly going to call and ask more about it, but wanted some say before I went through the trouble.

Thanks guys. You all are great.

I got 88k on my 07. Only issue I've had so far is the front diff carrier bushing deteriorating.
Also dealer had a different size tire than manufacturer and they didn't swap out tire preset sensor. TPM is always coming up on my dash. Best fix I found was turning up radio!
Good luck with the deal.

Hey blackop, the price isn't too bad, especially since most H3 around here are really expensive to begin with... I've currently got 157,500 miles on mine and it's still running... One thing to look out for would be the front axle shaft seals... Mine were puking oil when I got under and looked at 155,000 miles, usual wear and tear... (From the looks of it, they had been leaking for a while), also the transfer case... Just make sure that it doesn't have any odd sounds (Grinding/binding) when shifting from 4H to 4H lock to 4L lock... (And if it's an adventure, check the rear locker as well) Hope a deal works out soon for ya, especially with all this snow that we've been getting all of a sudden. Good Luck blackops! :corn:

Thanks guys. Agreed Razor, a lot of them are really high price wise. Definitely will add those onto my pre purchase inspection. Hoping to have something here by the end of the month. Don't want anymore snow either, my traverse isn't taking it too well.

Got my 08 h3 with about 60k on it and at 103k now...so,far all I've had to do was fan clutch( didn't have to but noticed was running a bit hotter than I wanted on that 1 hour bumper to bumper grind home). Knock on wood all is good, going to check and replace fluids etc on undercarriage. Let us know how it gos and may the force be with you.

Just got back from a test drive. I fell in love. Whomever owned this vehicle before took really great care of it. Waiting on a call back about financing now. Seriously hoping that things work in my favor on this one.
