Finally finished my spare tire mount for my 4 gallon Rotopax. $20 in parts, the 3/4" x 7.5" long bolt was $10 and the aluminum was end pieces from a cut and $10. I can't weld aluminum so that cost me a future breakfast burrito from a friend at work. I welded a 4" round piece to the back of the spare tire mount then welded a bolt to the plate. The round tube is .25" wall and I cut it .25" short so when it is bolted to the bracket the mount will bite into the tire and stop it from moving.

Be sure to vent those frequently. I think Reloader's had a few crack from the expansion/contraction/vibration.
