Apparently Green Filters hails from Britain originally (their original site says they started in 1995), from what I gather they came into the US market back in 2005 or so. Which is surprising to me, as I had never heard of them until this thread. But I haven't bothered looking for oiled filters for a few years now, I'm more interested in washable dry filters.
