Look for the features you want. I went with a Kenwood floating screen with 4 camera inputs.

I really like the floating screens in the H3. You can get a larger screen and (if you pick correctly) not block the controls. The screen will be at a better angle as well. I think I had Kenwood as well. Start on Crutchfield.com. I did not want built-in navigation, I did require wireless Carplay, 2 camera inputs (and 2 cameras), SiriusXM capable (and the added module, can't use OEM). Get the Crutchfield wiring harness/installation kit. Spend some money or likely suffer through a more laggy screen. Read the reviews on the ones you like.

I wish I could sell you this one. 10" is too big.........................Double edge sword. Great for the 4 camera but when I need to change the AC it's a PITA.
