Well I finally went ahead and leveled the H3... I raised it, drove it and adjusted some more and settled at 23 1/8. I then drove to Lansing and went to Firestone to have alignment checked.. These are the results... SCAN RZ.jpgSCAN0001rz.jpg So here is a picture BEFORE>. 016 rz.jpg Here it is AFTER>..... 004 rz.jpg After they aligned it, my measurement is now 23 1/2.

If memory serves me right, I do believe it is a 1 1/16.. Yep, just ran out to the garage and checked.... Well worth it.. Firestone offers lifetime alignment for 179.00. Thats what I did. They are located everywhere so its nice to have...

I had a 1- 1/8 box end that I keep in the house (adjust my solar panels with it) and that worked as well if you have one.

They look SO much better with the front end up!! When I did mine I brought it to the place to get aligned, and told him to adjust height to get them completely level if the two sides were off (I live in the mtns, not lots of flat around here, so wanted him to dbl check) and the guy brought it COMPLETELY back to stock... then aligned it. AWESOME...

I put it back, then went to firestone & got the lifetime, they said it took the guy 3 hours to get it aligned (and he trashed one of my tie rod boots in the process I found out)... it was a bit of a battle, but the 35's turn just fine now!

The trucks look so much better with the front end leveled. 23 1/2 is about as high as I would go. i actually lowered mine from that a little.

My local firestone has a bunch knuckleheads working there. I have the lifetime alignment and they kept screwing everything up. I finally went to the dealership and had them do it (I think its $99) and they did a great job. Now that the dealership set it where it should be I will try firestone in between whenever I knock it out of alignment just a tad...hopefully they can do smaller adjustments right :)

Yeah, if they cant do the job they should refund you for the lifetime warranty... Is there another one anywhere close to you... If so, I would try them.. Stinks though...:boom:

Right now there is exactly 1 1/4" different between the front and rear. My only concern about leveling the front is isnt that difference needed when you load rear passengers and heavy luggage in the trunk?

Like if you load up with good 200~300 lbs of people and stuff then wouldnt the rear be lower if you are leveled?

I have a leveled h3 (23.5) and I don't really notice the rear swatting at all when I have people sitting in the back or have a ton of groceries, the only time I have ever felt that the front was higher then the rear was when I was towing a 4000+ pound trailer.

No.... I had 400 hundred lbs of kids and 100 pounds of gear in the back and pulling a pop up camper and you could barely tell if at all.. Groceries wont drop the back if all that did not...

Does torquing the leveling keys really stiffen the ride alot.. I have a buddy who works at a tire shop.. Im looking at getting some 35" mud grapplers.. Is the torque needed to get the fit? After talking to Hans im working on a lift but i figured i cant pass up a good deal on tires..ImageUploadedByTapatalk1342439479.346795.jpg
