P3110051.JPGP3160063.JPGP3180074.JPGP3200083.JPG over the weekend i decided to make a rack for the jerry cans, one water and two fuel cans. if anyone is interested in this rack i will make one at a good price and i have a couple extra cans available too. i wanted to weld it but my friends welder couldnt to aluminum and didnt know till i already bought the metal :gaah: but if someone wants one out of light steele it will be welded. the plus side of being bolted its easy to store if not in use:)

mostly cosmetic stuff but soon gonna do the good stuff, just a little short on cash for now, but to come 35" tires, winch, rock sliders, pcm tune, and thinking about making a full roof rack. i got the snorkel stuff to make my air vent into a snorkel in the garage but that will be this weekend maybe.

Nice job Chad, I'm diggin how you matched the interior as well. I did same but with flat black and then swapped out my gauge cluster. Still working on getting pics posted. Keep the pics coming

okay, i officially want that paint job!! in army tan!!! looks really good in the green too! i might have to decided!!
I almost did the tan but the wife liked the green more and my friend who got the paint wasn't sure how it would look on his jeep. I am very happy with how it all turned out though. Would love to see one in tan!!!

i got the paint through chemsol.com, the paint i got is the mil-dtl-64159b type 2 go to colorserver.net and find the fed color code that you like and give chemsol the color number and the type of paint you want. the stuff i got is really easy to apply and work with, cleans up with water and is reduced for a thinner mix with distilled water. its also supposed to be very enviromentally safe as well. the color code i got is 34095. the total price was $475.00 it only comes in a 1.5 gallon kit and was enouogh to do mine and the 4 door jeep. its a 2 part mix so any left over will store indefinately from what i read as long as its not mixed, i only mixed one spray can at a time which came out to be about 32 ounces.
