I am running the same air tank setup as HummerGuy and went with a horn offered by Assured Performance (P/N ACHRSK-106).

Many SoCal members can attest to the loudness.

I have personally seen HUMMER Guy's air horn in action.....Very effective in my opinion.

Ron, you don't want to install an air tank? But that horn you showed says "Includes compressor, air tubing, fittings, and hardware"

The little tank for this air horn is about the size of a foster beer can, I installed this same horn in the 65ft boat, and there is barely anything to it, very easy to instal, and all made with marine grade parts. Its easier for me than mounting a bigger tank. It sounds like a lot in the description but its not at all, but its still extremely loud still lol

I agree with you on that, but I have had this horn before, and on the boat, it will last for 20 seconds full blast. I know this because of all the little boats that dont move out of my way:shame:

Interesting.... Is it a higher pitched horn blast or lower or....?

Hey Ray... want the best? http://www.hornblasters.com/

Put a tank in the back or under the rear (Since I don't think your truck sees much offroad time)

I'm taking the 100W speaker off of my retired Police Interceptor (Crown Victoria) and going to use that coupled with a Siren (Will use PA and Airhorn function not the Siren functions.)
