H3 Alpha swap?

So bad news, the i5 in the h3 is trashed. Good news, considering the alpha swap. Please if anyone can let me know what is needed for the swap that'd be great. Would I need a new transmission? Where would I be able to get it installed? Thanks h40, appreciate it!
