Aftermarket stereo size and install kit recommendations?

Stock stereo is ready for a replace. In past vehicles I've not used an install bezel or harness but I'm told that some aftermarket double dins may be too big to fit in the oem mount. Can someone give me some advice on if this is so or if I need an install bezel kit?

Hopefully we get some people to chime in here, but for questions like that I always start with crutchfield.com as they have a good reference on what is needed for most vehicles.

Sub’d, I’m interested as well for my 2007 H2. Looks like Crutchfield has a nice Alpine for consideration.

Did some research and through customer service found these two dash kits will work.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000K50GEU/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000EOM8M...olid=2EBF1QWJG1Y3R&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

and this harness kit:

One place told me I needed this antenna adapter, the other said they didn't think I needed one. Does anyone know for sure?

recommended smooth shocks for hummer h2

hey guys looking for some smooth shocks recommended for a hummer h2, i dont offroad and just drive city and highway the most, i dont want to spend so much on bilstein 5100. i noticed a ton of people run rancho, and i guess that would fit in my budget but was wondering if there something else that might be a bit cheaper but gives me a smoother ride? im only driving this truck for like a year more so thats why i dont wanna spend too much.

thanks!
