So I try to turn on my AC or heat but it doesn't blow at all. It only blows on the highway. I still have heat and air but I don't get the blow. Any help? 2009 H3T by the way.

This just happened to me yesterday... It was the connector to the resister that is in the blower look behind lower right side of glove box... It is held in place by 2 screws.... I took it out and forced the pigtail connector out... Took some work as it was melted together... I cut the melted part out of the connector with my dremel and cleaned up the contacts... Went to radio shack bought some crimp on speaker connectors and used that to plug in the wire I had cut out of the connector... Works perfect.... I paid $280 to fix this on my previous hummer... Got it fixed this time for $2.49 and 45 minutes of my time.... Will post pics when I get home...

Unfortunately, the warranty will only make it like new and it will fail again. Running the fan on low puts more amps through the wire and more heat into the connector.

I thought that applied to 06-07 models not the 09s but how do I fix this and what should I do to prevent it from burning again?

Mine is an 2009 and I just fixed it today same exact thing that happened in my 2006 all you can do is keep fixing it until someone comes up with a better fix....

Aside from redesigning the fan operating system, the best fix is to solder/crimp the wires directly to each other and bypass the connector all together. I soldered mine last year but apparently did a poor job on a wire as one solder joint broke leaving me without position 1 again.

Never had the issue come up in six years (knock on wood). It probably spends an equal amount of time on 0,1,2,3. Hasn't ever been on 4.

position 4 is a straight thru voltage, the others are higher amp current as you get closer to 1 so in theory running on 3 or 4 would give you the best longevity. In practice, the connector is in the middle of the air duct and if you run the heater it gets hot air flowing over it and cool air when the a/c is on or just ambient air when it is fan only. The best thing to do is just solder or crimp your connections (real crimpers, not the back side of a pair of dikes) and not look back.

I gotta learn how to do that :/
