That question has been asked numerous times, with no response. I suspect a no-talk deal with the Russian.

Recently someone posted a thread in the "ONLINE FINDS" section, about the purchase of the GM SEMA-H3 build. This is the red one with a LS vette motor. I have seen this truck in person, and it has widened fenders on it. They are not "flares"...but instead, totally different fenders that are probably 1.5" wider than stock. If you could track the buyer down, and convince him to pull the fenders for mold-making....that would be the ticket.

I am going to do this type of tree protection bar between the front bumper / rear bumper and the side steps. I would like to see if I can form it more custom to the H3's OEM fender curvature.

That's on my wish list of things to do as well. Shouldn't be hard at all, once I can get my hands on a tubing bender. And a welder again.

Here's the flares...the ONLY flares...I would ever want on my H3. And no...they aren't made anymore. No...nobody knows anything about them. No...Stage-Four will not retrun emails.

Sigh.

It would be even better if they just made a total replacement fender flare replacing the OEM ones. Basically the same look but 2" wider...

From asking around with friends I have seen this in on Japanese H3 owners from Japan Hummer club, the fender flare was made by an Japanese customs 4WD equipment company that has stop producing them since 2013.
