Hi, its flex-fuel, E85 is the designation for a gasoline type bio-fuel with an Ethanol content between 51-85%. I think its an international code, but in Europe the reference is seen on almost all fuel pumps. Mainly E5, E10, E85 gasoline, with Ethanol content of 5%, 10%, 85% respectively.

I concur with rascole's note, where those wires are hanging there's 4 bolt's which are for the clutch pedal assembly on manual transmission versions, and this is a diagram of the related electrics.
